New Tata Sierra – Make a Plan to bring it at your home this month.

On November 25, the new Tata Sierra will go on sale. It will be available in a wide range of options, including electric and ICE versions. The first official teaser for the all-new Sierra has been released by Tata Motors, announcing that it will make its market debut on November 25, 2025. A brand-new midsize SUV is set to join the Curvv and Harrier in Tata’s SUV lineup due to the revival of this storied model. Both an electric and an ICE powertrain will be available for the SUV, with the latter arriving first.

TATA is reportedly working on multiple iterations of its 1.5-liter engine family, including a diesel, turbocharged TGDi, and naturally aspirated gasoline models. Both a six-speed torque converter automatic and a six-speed manual transmission will be used with the brand-new turbo motor, which has been calibrated to produce approximately 168 PS and 280 Nm.

It is likely that the electric Sierra will be built on the same platform as the Harrier EV. Two battery pack configurations are expected with the larger one capable of delivering over 500 km of driving range. Fast charging capability and bidirectional charging will be offered.

The iconic wraparound rear glass panel makes a comeback in terms of visual appeal, this time being incorporated into a silhouette that is sleeker and more aerodynamic. It has a commanding stance thanks to its square wheel arches, prominent LED light bar at the rear, and new split headlamps up front.

The dashboard layout on the inside has three separate displays, one for the driver, one for the infotainment system, and one for the front passenger. Premium materials, a dual-tone interior theme and ambient lighting along with a panoramic sunroof, wireless smartphone charger, ventilated front seats and a Harman audio setup are of high possibilities.

Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake, six airbags, and electronic stability control will be included in Tata’s new Sierra. Additionally, multiple drive and terrain modes will be available. The ICE Sierra will be direct rival to Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Honda Elevate, etc while the electric iteration will compete with Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra XEV 9e and upcoming Maruti Suzuki e Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser BEV.
